Wild Quail

Ryan had the opportunity to go hunting at Rough Creek Lodge this past Sunday.  Believe me, the name is deceiving, it's not rough at all, more like the four seasons of hunting lodges.  Ryan called to tell me he shot a wild quail (as if there were other kind).  "Shot it with a 410," he told me.  Brandon said he ran down the road to retrieve it, picked it up and wrung its neck. 

Here is a project Ryan recently completed at school describing his wants and needs.  His wants include fishing, duck hunting and a porch with rocking chair.  No doubt, Brandon has a hunting buddy for life!
