David is now on the big soccer fields! The boys have a lot more ground to cover running up and down the field. In addition, there is a goalie and finally the league keeps score. The boys have always kept the score before, but now there is an official score sheet the ref hands the coaches at the end of the game. Juventus won and David scored 3 out of their 4 goals.
Brandon did great as head coach for the day. The boys looked like a force to be reckoned with in their new uniforms. And all the boys on his team have improved so much over the past few seasons.
And with the new fields, come stricter rules. At one point in the game, a penalty was called on David for slide tackling. The ref said "no slide tackle until age 10." David was disappointed!
The weather was so hot, but that only made Adam turn up the charm at the game! He turned eighteen months and thinks he has the world figured out.
